Liberty Rent

Renters with a paid off eviction, can reach out to Liberty Rent for a list of apartments they partner with in Charlotte.

If you can’t qualify for an apartment, Liberty Rent will step in with a second chance to qualify. If they approve you, you pay a fee equal to one month’s rent. After you pay the fee, the apartment will issue your lease.

There’s a $35 application fee for the Liberty Rent program, which is refunded if they can’t approve you.
